  • Our goal is to provide our customers with what they need and want. At the end of every season, we evaluate with our clients what worked best for them, and what they would like to see for the next year. This way we can focus our planting schedule to be as efficient as possible.

    All of our products are grown organically and certified by Vermont Organic Farmers

  • PACKAGING OPTIONS
  • chard is available in 1/2-pound recyclable plastic deli containers or by the bunch.
    kale is available in 1/2-pound recyclable plastic deli containers or by the bunch. We grow both the curly variety of kale and Russian kale, which we sell mainly as salad kale. Our popular "Lil Shorties Kale" are the smaller leaves of the kale plant which are especially sweet and crisp and great for stir fry, smoothies, or cut up in salads.
    spinach is available in 1/2-pound recyclable plastic deli containers. We also sell in bulk in limited quantities.
    our custom salad blend is a very popular mix of lettuce, asian and mustard greens, and baby veggie leaves sold in 1/2-pound recyclable plastic deli containers. We grow 4 or 5 varieties of lettuce and mix them together to sell in limited bulk quantities.

    Recently, we have begun selling our greens in recyclable cellophane bags which works better for some of our customers. We are willing to work with you depending on your needs and what sells best for your customers.
